New Patients

Your first visit to Gotchel Podiatry establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. To understand what to expect for your first visit to our practice, please read through this page. You'll find all the practical information you need, such as a map and directions to our office, practice hours, payment policies and more. What to Expect
Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling.

It is important for Dr. Gotchel to know whether you are taking any medications or allergic to any medications.

Please inform our receptionist, upon making your appointment, whether you have any ancillary reports (x-rays, lab reports) that could be of service during your appointment.

Upon arrival, we will need to make a copy of your current insurance card. Certain insurance companies require referrals in order to see a specialist, such as a podiatrist. Please check with your primary care physcian or get in touch with your insurance company to find out if this is the case.

We look forward to your first visit.
